1. Who we are

VINTAGE is a live room and recording studio in Tbilisi, Georgia. The studio is operated by Anton Kolbushkin (hereinafter «we», «us», «the studio»). This document explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it, and it also sets out the terms on which we provide our services.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data that we need in order to answer you and to provide the service.

• Data you send us yourself. Your name, phone number, email address and messenger username, together with the content of your message, when you contact us via a lead form, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or by phone.
• Booking data. The date and time of your session, the type of service, the name of your band and the number of people attending.
• Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you fill in a lead form in an advertisement, Meta Platforms passes us the fields you filled in, usually your name, phone number and email address.
• Payment information. Bank transfers are processed by the bank. We see the payer’s name and the amount, and we do not receive or store your card details.
• Video surveillance. The studio premises are covered by CCTV, which we use only for the safety of people and equipment.

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16 years of age.

3. Why we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and to agree the details of a session.
• To confirm, change or cancel a booking.
• To issue an invoice and to confirm payment.
• To inform you about the studio schedule, jams and workshops, if you have asked us to.
• To comply with the accounting and tax requirements of Georgian law.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending us a message or by submitting a lead form; on the basis of the performance of a contract, when we provide you with a service; and on the basis of our legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep records.

5. How long we keep the data

• Enquiries that did not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months.
• Booking and payment data is kept for the period required by Georgian accounting law.
• CCTV recordings are kept for up to 30 days and are then overwritten automatically.

6. Who else can see the data

We use a small number of external services, and each of them has its own privacy policy:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising and lead forms.
• Google — Google Calendar for bookings and Google Maps for the map on this site.
• Telegram and WhatsApp — messengers we use for communication.
• Bank of Georgia — processing of payments.

We may also disclose data if we are required to do so by the law of Georgia.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop sending you messages. Write to kolbushkin@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

8. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and this website

This website uses the Meta Pixel. It registers a page view and clicks on the booking and messenger buttons, so that we can see how our advertising performs and show ads to people who are interested in the studio. The pixel uses cookies and passes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to Meta Platforms. You can read more in the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can disable such tracking in your browser settings or through the ad settings of your Facebook and Instagram account.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a Google Maps frame, and these services may receive your IP address for technical reasons. The language you choose is stored only in your browser.

9. Terms of service

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed by 100% prepayment and by a written confirmation from the administrator in WhatsApp or Telegram. The rate is hourly, the minimum booking is one hour, and the rental starts at the booked time regardless of the moment of arrival.

Cancellation

A booking can be cancelled free of charge until 23:00 on the day before the session. A same-day cancellation is charged at 50% of the booked total.

Use of the studio

The studio is open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. Guests are responsible for following the studio rules published on the main page. Damage caused by breaking those rules is compensated by the guest. We may refuse service in case of aggressive behaviour or intoxication.

Recording and video materials

The rights to the music you record belong to you. We may use short fragments of photo and video materials made in the studio for our own promotion, and if you do not want this, please tell us and we will not publish them.

Liability

We do our best to keep the equipment in working order, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed concert or a delayed release, caused by an equipment failure. In such a case we return the payment for the affected session.

10. Changes to this document

We may update this document. The current version is always published at this address, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
